I was shocked by the raw salmon steak at first, but after a light bite, I found it acceptable. It not only retained the special taste of salmon, but also had a stronger aroma when it was fried. The steak tasted great, but the portion was a little small, so the price-performance ratio was not high. The other things were normal.

This time I tried the stir-fried dishes. The Hunan-style stir-fried pork is very delicious, and the meat slices are super tender, even more tender than the boiled beef slices later. The green Hangzhou pepper is a great match. I love the slightly crispy meat slices on the top. Even if you pack it up and stir-fry it again, the taste is still the same, but the meat slices will not be as super tender as when you eat it in the restaurant because of the second stir-fry. Spicy diced chicken, small pieces with bones, good spiciness. Braised fish, a whole sea bass, I guess I will give up ordering braised fish in Germany in the future, they are all cooked with bean paste, and various peppers are sprinkled here. Hey, I still like the way I stir-fry the scallions and ginger in my hometown, and then fry the fish, and the seasoning is only soy sauce and sugar. The fish is fresh and the meat is delicious! The whole fish here is probably fried in oil first, so the fish pieces where the knife cuts are a bit like the fried and crispy texture of squirrel mandarin fish. The tender and smooth meat of the pectoral fins I love so much was fried up? What needs to be complained is that it is really too salty. It is simply impossible to eat a mouthful of fish without a mouthful of rice. After eating the fish, I tried the boiled beef, which made the latter like a clear soup. Later, when I checked out, I told the clerk that the fish was too salty. He said that the fish might have been marinated the night before, but the chef of the day didn't know and used it to make braised fish, which is generally not so salty. The boiled beef was very large in quantity. The meat slices were not as tender as the previous two, but it was still okay. When I ate in the restaurant, I didn't taste much because of the fish. It was not until I ate the packaged and heated dish in the evening that I felt it was delicious. I went there alone for lunch and finished a whole fish (because it was not easy to pack). I ate 1/3 of the other three dishes, and then packed them back and fried them with my friends for dinner that day. My friend ate with relish. Like me, I loved the Hunan-style stir-fried pork among these dishes. In general, the portions of the dishes here are quite large. These 4 dishes cost less than 60 euros, and then there is a 10% discount. The 4 dishes are enough for 3 people, and the price-performance ratio is good. The waitress is very enthusiastic, and the store is also super large.

We put our luggage in Mengcun and rested for a while. We went to a famous poutine shop (La Banquise) for dinner. The shop was small and crowded. We waited for almost an hour before we got a seat. We listened to the French we couldn't understand, smelled the unique aroma, and felt the strong French culture. The portion was large, the taste was good, and the price was reasonable. We must eat poutine in its birthplace. We finished eating at around 10 o'clock, but there were more people lining up...

I ordered my favorites, pan-fried foie gras, pan-fried abalone, black truffle, caviar, and the main course was wood-grilled T-bone lamb chops. They were all very good. The wine was Sauvignon blanc, which was amazing.

Maison Boulud Located in the first RitzCarlton Montréal hotel in North America, it has a history of over 100 years. The room facilities are still very satisfactory. A beautiful restaurant, offering tasting. The lights are dim, and the stove in the center lights up the faces of the beauties dining... Sitting on the terrace and enjoying the cool summer breeze, it is comfortable~

Vieux-Port Steakhouse (19 dollars) has French cuisine. The steaks and pork chops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The salads, soups and side dishes are homely. The desserts are not good, but the nutty flavor of the mashed potatoes is quite interesting.
